  Boulder Lodge is one of a kind place. The view, natural boulder wall, cosiness, and the feeling of freedom being all alone in that cute and luxurious place! We had so much fun exploring its property, flowers, birds, odd animals were every where. It was raining a couple of days during our stay, which stopped us going out but the rare peaceful time we were able to have and the spectacular view from the treetop deck was truly remarkable. Less than 20 minutes from Tenterfield but feels like so remote that finding out the full connection of our mobile phone was total surprise.

  Amazing place! Very clean and nicely furnished. The serenity is just brilliant (during the day, see below). Great facilities including a nice BBQ area. Excellent stay!!!! Will be back.

  Bring your own water to drink unless you like yellow water. It doesn't taste bad, just the psychology of it.

  Noisy environment inside with multiple families. Trying to sleep with kids is near on impossible.

  Be aware, only 2 toilets if you have 3 families. So if people want to go to the toilet during the night, you'll have people walking through your room.
